People have been using the word retard to describe people for all kinds of reasons. But the one situation that has been bothering me the most is when a kid will call someone “retarded” for listening to a certain band. My friend’s little brother has severe learning disabilities and developmental problems. He gets teased for this and gets called retarded for no fault of his own....
